ADVNC Spring Clinics at sacred heart prep, Atherton
This spring, ADVNC will be offering a series of Offense, Defense and Lacrosse Fundamentals clinics for players ages 14 and below. Led by ADVNC Founder and CEO Chris Rotelli, and ADVNC Director of Training and Recruitment Greg Weigel, these clinics will be held every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton.
Dates: March 12th through May 16th
Time: 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM
Monday’s- 12U & 14U: Offense Clinics
Scoring consistently and efficiently is what separates good players from great players. The Offense clinics will help players become a more dangerous offensive threat. Players will get instruction and practice in advanced stick skills, shooting, dodging, and finishing techniques.
Tuesday’s- 10U: Lacrosse Fundamentals
When you're starting out it's imperative to build a solid skills foundation. These clinics will focus on proper technique for passing, catching, shooting, and defending. Players who attend these sessions will leave with a mastery of the fundamentals needed to become a great player.
Wednesday’s- 12U & 14U: Defense Clinics
All great lacrosse players take pride in their defense. Great defense starts with strong fundamentals and an attention to detail in all aspects of defensive play. Players at the Defense Clinics will work on defensive footwork, positioning, stick work, and groundballs.
$40 per individual Clinic
$325 for a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday season pass (10 Clinics)
$600 for an Offense/Defense (Monday/Wednesday) season pass (20 Clinics)

- ADVNC Founder and CEO Chris Rotelli is one of the most accomplished lacrosse players of all time. Chris was a 3X NCAA All American, 2X First team All American, USILA Midfielder of the Year, 4X MLL All Star, 3X All ACC, ACC Player of the Year, and a 3X High School All American. In 2003 he lead University of Virginia to an NCAA Championship, and was honored as the ACC Male Athlete of the Year, and with the Tewaaraton Award, given to the nations most outstanding lacrosse player.
- Director of Training Greg Weigel played lacrosse at the University of Denver where he was a stand out attackman and midfielder. He is currently ninth all-time in career goals per game at Denver. Greg grew up in Maryland playing for legendary coaches John Sothoron and Lenny Casalino, both of whom are in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Over 4 years of high school Greg lead his team to a 62-11 record and the team never left the DC Metro Area Top 10. Weigel was named All- State, All-County, Southern Maryland Player of the Year, All-Met, and was a Kelly Award Finalist.
