Mike Faby (South Bay Director)

Born in Baltimore, MD, Coach Faby started for three years at The St. Paul’s School helping his team to an MIAA Championship in 2010. He went on to play at Johns Hopkins University in 2011 and 2012.  Coach Faby will be entering his first season as the Head Coach at Archbishop Mitty.

Carlos Trujillo

Coach Trujillo grew up in Connecticut and was a steady defensive force at The Loomis Chaffee School, he went on to play at the United States Military Academy at West Point. With an extensive coaching background, Coach Trujillo is entering his 3rd year as an ADVNC Coach and ambassador.

Joe Romano

Joe Romano captained the Penncrest Lions as they won the first league title in school history in 1996. After his time in Media, PA, Joe went on to play midfield at Whittier. After an illustrious coaching career at the Collegiate and Professional levels, Coach Romano is currently the Athletic Director at Bellarmine College Prep.

Chris Nespor

After graduating from Amador Valley, Coach Nespor went on to enjoy a stellar lacrosse career at Cal Poly. He started for four years before becoming the Defensive Coordinator. Chris is currently coaching at Los Gatos High School.

Pat Bennett

Coach Bennett has been playing or coaching lacrosse in both the United States and Canada for over two decades. After graduating from St. Lawrence Academy, he went on to play at St. Mary’s College. Pat is currently the Head JV Coach at Bellarmine College Prep.

Austin Pridham

Coach Austin Pridham started playing lacrosse in the 5th grade as an attackman for the West Valley Redhawks. He then played at Bellarmine College Prep before having a spectacular career at Colorado Mesa. Coach Pridham is entering his second year as a coach with ADVNC.

Peter Curtis

Peter Curtis was born in New Jersey and received his first lacrosse stick as birthday gift when he was six years old. A career defensemen, Peter helped his Mountain Lakes team to a NJ State Final. Coach Curtis is in his 2nd year coaching with ADVNC.

Matt Cerone

Matt Cerone started playing lacrosse in San Jose, CA in 2006 and has been around the game ever since. After playing for the San Jose Vipers and Archbishop Mitty High School, Matt went on to play at Chapman University in Southern California. Upon returning to San Jose Matt has become a Head Coach and the Coaching Director in the San Jose Vipers.

Cade Vlacos

From Sunol, CA, Cade enjoyed a stellar high school career at Foothill High School before going on to play at Cal State San Marcos. Cade is currently a Senior at UC Santa Cruz and is entering his first year coaching.

Riley Snyder

Coach Riley was born and raised in San Diego and has been playing lacrosse since he was in 5th grade. Riley played both Long Stick Middie as well as close Defense at Poway. Riley went on to play at the University of San Diego where he was a 4 year starter

Ryan O’Rourke

Coach Ryan is a midfielder that grew up in Hillsboro, OR – part of the greater Portland area. He played his high school lacrosse at at Glencoe High School and graduated in 2011.

After high school, Ryan went on to play at the University of Oregon at the MCLA Division 1 level.
