Chris Rotelli (Founder & CEO)

Coach Rotelli grew up in Providence, RI attending Moses Brown High School. He went on to play at the University of Virginia, becoming one of the most accomplished lacrosse players of all time. He was Honored with the Tewaaraton Award and the ACC Male Athlete of the Year after leading UVA to a National Championship in 2003.

Greg Weigel (Director of Training)

Coach Weigel grew up in Maryland playing for legendary coaches John Sothoron and Lenny Casalino, both of whom are in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Coach Weigel then went on to play lacrosse at the University of Denver where he was a standout Attackman and Midfielder.

Achievements:

  • 9th All time Goals per Game at Denver

  • Over 4 high school seasons, Greg led his team to a 62-11 record and a consistent presence in the DC Metro Area Top 10

  • All Met, All State, All County, Southern Maryland Player of the year and a Kelly Award Finalist (2002)

  • Holds Record for Assists in a Season and Assists in a Career at St. Mary’s Rykien

  • Led Menlo School Knights to a 15-6 record, going undefeated in league play (2015)

Mo Ryan (SF Regional Director)

Coach Mo Ryan hails from Morris County, NJ where he was a 4 year varsity starter at St. Peter’s Prep. He went on to play at Marquette, captaining both teams from his junior year on. Mo is entering his third season at Sacred Heart Prep.

Matt Donovan

Hailing from Morristown, NJ Coach Donovan enjoyed a prolific high school career at Seton Hall Prep before attending the Lawrenceville school in 2011. He went on to be one of the best players in the history of Cornell Lacrosse.

Chris Clements

Coach Clements grew up in Baltimore, MD attending the prestigious St. Paul’s School. He went on to play at the University of Virginia where he played SSDM before transitioning to a long stick midfielder his senior year.

Achievements:

  • High School Under Armor All American

  • First-Team Baltimore Sun All-Met, All Towson Times, All County as a Senior, setting the single season goal record with 45.

  • Two-Time Recipient of the School’s Best Athlete Award

  • Played in 64 Games at UVA, scoring 4 goals and 3 assists, picking up 125 GBs with 36 CT’

 

Matt Kugler

Coach Kugler began playing competitive lacrosse as a 2nd grader in Northern Virginia. He played as an attackmen at Robinson Secondary School before taking a Post Grad year at Loomis Chaffee. Coach Kugler went on to play as a midfielder at the University of Virginia, where he captained the team to a National Championship in 2011.

Achievements:

  • Holds Robinson Secondary School record with 312 Career Points

  • Led team to State Titles in 2006 and 2007

  • First Team Washington Post All Met (2007)

  • State Championship MVP (2006, 2007)

  • All Western New England Midfield (2008)

  • Played in 55 Games at UVA, scoring 13 goals and adding 8 assists

  • Helped team to ACC Championship in 2010

  • Captained Team to National Championship in 2011

 

Jack Huber

From Long Grove, Ill Coach Huber captained his Adali E. Stevenson team his junior and senior years. One of the best players to come out of Illinois, Coach Huber went on to play at Albany. He is entering his second year coaching the JV team at Sacred Heart Prep.

  • 329 Points at Stevenson with 160 Goals and 169 Assists

Max Feely

Coach Feely grew up in Washington DC, attending the Landon School where he captained the team in his senior season. He went on to Cornell, playing an integral role on their defensive unit for three years.

Tyler Kreitz

Coach Kreitz, a Bay Area Native, is a Bishop O’Dowd and UC Berkley graduate who had been involved with the sport of lacrosse for the majority of his life.

  • MCLA Semi-Finalist (1999, 2000)

  • Captain of UC Berkeley Lacrosse (2001)

  • Three Time All-WCLL (1999, 2000, 2001)

Adam Whistler

 

Coach Whistler is the director of student support at Menlo School, his enthusiasm and positivity are a big asset to ADVNC players. Originally from Boise, ID, Coach Whistler played at Pacific Lutheran and is entering his third year as the Head Coach for the JV Team at Menlo School.

  • Led Menlo’s JV Team to a PAL Championship in 2017
