Chris Rotelli (Founder & CEO)
Coach Rotelli grew up in Providence, RI attending Moses Brown High School. He went on to play at the University of Virginia, becoming one of the most accomplished lacrosse players of all time. He was Honored with the Tewaaraton Award and the ACC Male Athlete of the Year after leading UVA to a National Championship in 2003.

Greg Weigel (Director of Training)
Coach Weigel grew up in Maryland playing for legendary coaches John Sothoron and Lenny Casalino, both of whom are in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Coach Weigel then went on to play lacrosse at the University of Denver where he was a standout Attackman and Midfielder.

Matt bond (SF Region Director)
Coach Bond played lacrosse at Johns Hopkins University and has been coaching for over 25 years in Maryland, Connecticut, and California. For the past 10 years, he has been the head assistant coach at Menlo Atherton High School, Director of the Menlo Atherton Grizzlies, and the Director of SixFifty Lacrosse. Matt’s wife, Katie, is a clinical psychologist and they have an 11-year-old son.
OWEN VAN ARSDALE (TRAINING MANAGER)
Coach Van Arsdale is focused on coaching and training for all of the ADVNC SF teams and camps. Owen played at the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the 2011 National Championship team and team captain in 2015. Owen’s father Marc is Assistant Coach at Loyola University, and prior to that was Associate Head Coach at UVA. Owen grew up on the lacrosse fields at UVA, and has spent his life in lacrosse. Most recently Owen was the director of high school programs for Harlem Lacrosse from 2017-2019. Van Arsdale coached at Frederick Douglass Academy for three seasons. The team won two New York City championships during his tenure and he coached three All-Americans.
Hailing from Morristown, NJ Coach Donovan enjoyed a prolific high school career at Seton Hall Prep before attending the Lawrenceville school in 2011. He went on to be one of the best players in the history of Cornell Lacrosse.

Coach Clements grew up in Baltimore, MD attending the prestigious St. Paul’s School. He went on to play at the University of Virginia where he played SSDM before transitioning to a long stick midfielder his senior year.

Coach Kugler began playing competitive lacrosse as a 2nd grader in Northern Virginia. He played as an attackmen at Robinson Secondary School before taking a Post Grad year at Loomis Chaffee. Coach Kugler went on to play as a midfielder at the University of Virginia, where he captained the team to a National Championship in 2011.

From Long Grove, Ill Coach Huber captained his Adali E. Stevenson team his junior and senior years. One of the best players to come out of Illinois, Coach Huber went on to play at Albany. He is entering his second year coaching the JV team at Sacred Heart Prep.
