Chris Rotelli (Founder & CEO)
Coach Rotelli grew up in Providence, RI attending Moses Brown High School. He went on to play at the University of Virginia, becoming one of the most accomplished lacrosse players of all time. He was Honored with the Tewaaraton Award and the ACC Male Athlete of the Year after leading UVA to a National Championship in 2003.

Greg Weigel (Director of Training)
Coach Weigel grew up in Maryland playing for legendary coaches John Sothoron and Lenny Casalino, both of whom are in the National Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Coach Weigel then went on to play lacrosse at the University of Denver where he was a standout Attackman and Midfielder.

Hailing from Morristown, NJ Coach Donovan enjoyed a prolific high school career at Seton Hall Prep before attending the Lawrenceville school in 2011. He went on to be one of the best players in the history of Cornell Lacrosse.

Chris Clements
Coach Clements grew up in Baltimore, MD attending the prestigious St. Paul’s School. He went on to play at the University of Virginia where he played SSDM before transitioning to a long stick midfielder his senior year.

Matt Kugler
Coach Kugler began playing competitive lacrosse as a 2nd grader in Northern Virginia. He played as an attackmen at Robinson Secondary School before taking a Post Grad year at Loomis Chaffee. Coach Kugler went on to play as a midfielder at the University of Virginia, where he captained the team to a National Championship in 2011.

From Long Grove, Ill Coach Huber captained his Adali E. Stevenson team his junior and senior years. One of the best players to come out of Illinois, Coach Huber went on to play at Albany. He is entering his second year coaching the JV team at Sacred Heart Prep.

Adam Whistler
Coach Whistler is the director of student support at Menlo School, his enthusiasm and positivity are a big asset to ADVNC players. Originally from Boise, ID, Coach Whistler played at Pacific Lutheran and is entering his third year as the Head Coach for the JV Team at Menlo School.
